1. Agreement
By creating a Heal Demo account, or by using the service on behalf of a customer who has one, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service
Heal Demo provides browser-based walkthrough recording, self-healing UI anchors, generated intent and tooltip copy, generated help-center articles, video export, and embeddable viewer hosting. Specific feature availability and usage limits depend on your subscription tier (see the pricing page). We may add, change, or remove features with reasonable notice; we will give at least 30 days' notice before removing or materially degrading a paid feature.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the walkthroughs, screenshots, DOM fingerprints, intent copy, and related content you capture or upload ("Customer Content"). You grant Heal Demo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, transcode, process, and display Customer Content solely as needed to operate the service for you and the people you authorize to view it. You represent that you have the rights necessary to record the target application and to grant this license, and that Customer Content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
4. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- record or publish flows that violate the target application's terms of service or any applicable law;
- capture personal data you are not authorized to collect, including health, financial, biometric, or government-issued identifiers belonging to third parties;
- circumvent access controls, rate limits, or authentication on third-party systems via Heal Demo;
- use the service to transmit malware, conduct phishing or social-engineering attacks, or generate content that violates intellectual-property rights;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive training data from the service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Card data is held by Stripe; we do not store payment instruments. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree in writing. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period and you retain access until that date. Seat limits apply per tier and are enforced in-app. Sales tax and VAT, where applicable, are added to the listed price.
6. Warranty & liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms for convenience on 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, if continuing to provide the service would violate applicable law, or if your use poses a security or fraud risk to Heal Demo or its users. On termination, we will delete or return Customer Content as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
