What counts as a walkthrough?
One walkthrough equals one recording, regardless of step count. Heals don't create new walkthroughs — they update the existing one in place.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
New recordings are paused until you upgrade or delete an existing walkthrough. Existing walkthroughs keep serving to viewers with no interruption.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate to the current cycle. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you store the contents of my target app?
We store screenshots and DOM fingerprints of the elements you captured. We do not crawl or store the rest of the page. See our privacy policy for specifics.
Do you offer nonprofit or startup discounts?

Is annual billing available?
